4U GmbH was founded in 2000. In the first 4 years we were the flagship real estate franchise with more than 180 offices worldwide. It was a successful and amazing time when the internet business was booming and we had one of the first real estate agency collaboration platforms to exchange leads and objects. We sold it in 2004 and focused on consulting and management.
We have screened the market and developed sustainable business models in various industries that are still successful today.
We are currently advising and supporting several selected companies with crisis-proof business models, especially during the 2020 pandemic. 2007-2015 we invested in a new booming business field. With a share of 80% in AREALCONTROL GmbH, Telematics IT & IoT, we have created a sustainable SME with hundreds of customers in all economic sectors. The growth is very clearly in the double-digit percentage range. Based on a robust cloud solution, the limit is the sky.
Since 2019 we have been coaching and designing future-oriented cloud solutions for a parcel service in Munic that is already highly profitable and active in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for more than 10 years. This business model can be spread worldwide too!
Both companies are now going international through franchising and we would be happy to see you on the team.
